Group tours are all-inclusive: transport, meals and the activities on the itinerary, with professional guides. Each tour's page lists exactly what's covered.
How do I book and pay?
Pick a tour, create a free account and pay by card (processed securely by Paystack) or from your Xerora Wallet. Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment goes through.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancellation windows vary by event (see our Terms of Service). Refunds go back to your Xerora Wallet or original payment method — and if we ever cancel a trip, you're refunded in full.
How big are the groups?
Most group tours take between 20 and 50 guests. Each tour shows how many spots are left.
Can you plan something for my team or company?
Yes. We plan team retreats, offsites and launches end to end, and can run them privately with an invite link limited to your company's email domain.
Do you plan private celebrations?
Yes — birthdays, anniversaries, proposals and solo escapes, from ₦150,000, with a dedicated experience manager.
