Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed once payment is verified. You are responsible for providing accurate details at checkout. Wallet and card payments are processed via approved payment partners.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation windows and refund eligibility vary by event. Where refunds apply, they are returned to your Xerora Wallet or original payment method in line with our refund policy.
User Conduct
Guests are expected to follow event guidelines and respect hosts and other participants. Xerora Tours may refuse service for violations that compromise safety or experience quality.
Private Events
Private event links are confidential and may include access rules. Sharing private links without authorization may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
Xerora Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by external factors including weather, travel restrictions, or force majeure events.
